Full Description:
When a major earthquake strikes the Pacific Northwest, will we be ready for it? How quickly will we be able to recover? The answers to those questions depend on our understanding not only of earthquake processes, but also what will happen to the infrastructure, how businesses respond to disruptions in their supply chains, how prepared individuals and communities are to take care of themselves in the immediate aftermath, and much more. This panel discussion will bring together three faculty from Central Washington University who study these diverse aspects of earthquake preparedness in a moderated discussion.
