The #SHAKEmob Challenge is a special opportunity in partnership with the Great California ShakeOut. Completing the application below also registers your site as a ShakeOut participant. You will access #SHAKEmob resources and upload your documentation through your ShakeOut profile.

By submitting below, I confirm that I am authorized to act on behalf of the school / program / organization entered. I agree to abide by the rules of the #SHAKEmob Challenge, submit completed materials within the requested time frame and provide proof of signed media releases for participating students and staff.
