Stories From The Utah ShakeOut

To help pass off the Emergency Preparedness merit badge. My son and 2 nephews helped Reagan Academy set up and participated in their Emergency drill which they did on April 22nd at 10:15. They combined
the earthquake drill with a fire drill. The boys helped muster every student out and did head counts to ensure everyone was safely outside and accounted for. Then gave the thumbs up when all was clear. It took longer to get every student out than they wanted,2 minutes instead of 1, but overall it went smoothly. They put up posters and delivered flyers to the classrooms. Thanks to the "Earthquake Lady" for sending all the materials to help get the word out so that Reagan Academy could have a great"Shakeout".
